Meet our team of wonderful gals that run our wedding day management team! While you will have one of these fabulous ladies as your go-to gal on wedding day, they all work together as a team throughout the process to make sure you and your wedding are well taken care of from start to finish.
SIDNEY NOMBERG
Lead Wedding Planner

Sidney is a Birmingham native and a Birmingham-Southern College graduate where she received a bachelor of fine arts degree in studio art. There is no doubt the wedding business was made for this gal! She works full-time at Engaged as the Lead Wedding Planner for Engaged Weddings, and as one of the Librarians that meets with and helps brides plan for their perfect day! She is our true wedding “mastermind,” and we are so thankful for her constant diligence. Sid is a dog lover, downtown Birmingham expert, an exquisite artist, and never passes up a good slice of wedding cake. Sidney loves people so well and always does her job with such excellence. She is excited to further pursue her career and continue making each bride’s dreams come true!
AMANDA SINCLAIR
Assistant Planner & Day-of Coordinator

Amanda is a Moody native and graduated from Auburn University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After residing in Auburn for the past few years, she and her husband Andrew are so excited to be back living in Birmingham! Amanda works full-time at Engaged as our Social Media Manager and Assistant Librarian. While she found her love for planning when she planned her own wedding in 2022, Amanda’s love for weddings goes way back. She remembers growing up watching wedding videos on YouTube and daydreaming for her own wedding day- and because she was able to have the wedding of her dreams, she is motivated and excited to help our brides have their perfect day also! Amanda loves traveling, baking, and most of the time can be found at the local Chick-fil-A. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched, and she is so thrilled to continue her career with us!
KATHERINE FULLER

Katherine graduated from Samford University and has called Birmingham home ever since. She received a bachelor’s degree in early childhood, elementary and special education. During the week, Katherine works full-time teaching kindergarten. Since a young age, she has loved every aspect of weddings, from the planning stages and Pinterest boards, to how it all comes together the day of the wedding. Katherine knew day-of coordination would be the perfect way to serve brides and gain experience in the wedding industry. Katherine began working with Engaged in March 2021. It is her desire to go above and beyond to make each brides’ wedding day nothing less than seamless!

Which venues do y’all work at for wedding day coordination?
We work at most Birmingham wedding venues! For outside of Birmingham, contact us for pricing and to make sure we’re a good fit for your big day!
How many meetings do we get with you?
We require brides that are interested in our wedding day coordination services, to join our Engaged Membership, for $50. You can read more about how to do that here! With the Engaged Membership, bride’s get unlimited email communication with us throughout their Engagement season as well as up to 4 planning sessions.
Why do I need a wedding coordinator when I have a venue manager?
Venue managers are in charge of everything in-house, venue-related: staff, facilities, tables and chairs, food and beverage, etc. Their main job is to take care of the venue. As a wedding coordinator, our main priority is taking care of YOU! Wedding coordinators help facilitate the timeline for the day, coordinate with all of your vendors, plan, organize, keep an eye on vision, and offer vendor recommendations. We are here to execute your plan exactly how you’d like it!
